PADDLE BOARD DAY RENTALS

• A completed waiver is required for each participant prior to check-in. Once the reservation has been made, you will receive a booking confirmation email with online waiver instructions + more.
• Each participant must be a confident swimmer, comfortable in and around the water, must be fully mobile and in good physical condition. Paddle boarding is a physical activity.
• Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.
• Pets are not permitted.

At Otter Paddle Orlando, we understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our guests to the best of our abilities. However, cancellations can cause disruptions to our operations and may affect the availability of our services for other guests. To maintain fairness and ensure efficient management of our resources, we have established the following policies:

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled booking date will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled booking date will be eligible to reschedule or receive a gift card.

Cancellations made on the day of the scheduled booking date, late check-ins, and no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.

Late/No Show Policy:

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause guests to arrive late. To accommodate this, we will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes after the scheduled check-in time for any late arrivals. However, please note that we cannot wait beyond this time as it may impact the experience for other guests.

If a guest cancels on the day of their scheduled tour, arrives after the 10-minute waiting period, or does not show up at all on the scheduled date for any reason at all but contacts us on the day of the reservation, they will be eligible for a gift card with a reschedule fee of $100.

Please be aware that if a guest contacts us on any day after the scheduled tour date, no refund, reschedule, or gift card will be eligible.

Bad Weather Policy:

In the event of inclement weather or for any reason at all, we reserve the right to cancel for the safety of our guests.

If a representative from Otter Paddle Orlando cancels due to unsafe weather conditions or for any reason at all, guests will be offered the option to reschedule to an available date or receive a gift card and will not be eligible for a refund.

Please be aware that all policies are strictly enforced to ensure fairness and efficient management. Additionally, all gift cards issued by Otter Paddle Orlando do not expire, providing guests with flexibility for future reservations.

Please note that this cancellation policy remains subject to change, although we will make every effort to communicate any updates in advance. We strongly advise guests to review the policy at the time of booking and reach out to us for any clarifications or specific circumstances not covered here.
